Joy is the Licensee, Company Secretary and a Director of Cramer Property.

Joy’s extensive project marketing skills will be particularly useful for the organisation. Cramer Property specialises in the marketing of prestigious residential developments and has been involved in the marketing of some of the landmark residential developments in the Sydney metropolitan area over the past 15 years. Cramer Property is currently involved in developments as far a field as Forster and Ocean Shores in New South Wales, Victoria and New Zealand.

With an aging population Cramer Property is also involved in the 55+ (retiree market) with the marketing of large 55+ residential resort style developments in Wollongong and Campbelltown. She brings to the organisation over 20 years senior management experience.

Joy has been an active Carer for many years - supporting Robyn and her mother. During those years she trained in many holistic rehabilitation therapies and is an accredited master practitioner in Neuro - Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Gaye has worked as the Finance Manager for Cramer Property for 10 years and is currently the Sales Manager of a residential resort style development for the over 55’.

Gaye brings to the organisation extensive management experience plus a firm grounding in complimentary therapies.

Four years ago she determined to change the focus of her career. Since then she has studied extensively in holistic therapies… She is an accredited Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Re-programming and Hypnosis.

Gaye also has her own company that specialises in working with teens in crisis. Therefore, within The Friendship Foundation Limited her focus will be developing programs for teens in crisis.

Richard works with one of Australia’s leading Chartered Accounting firms. He is currently taking hiatus from his work to focus on full time study of a double degree in Business and Engineering with aspirations for a career in the financial services industry.

When he completes his degree Richard will return to work and begin further study with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Richard offers a youthful perspective with maturity beyond his years. In addition he brings to the organisation the ability to assess various decisions with a commercial and corporate mindset.

Since late 2005 Richard has been involved with the on going evolution of the SupportAid program.
